Contact Josh Harrison and Jon Lee. Guys, can you guide Paulin through the local parkour scene ? She needs some exercise while in Melbourne. Cheers.
No probs Franck :). J'espere que ca avance toujours bien en Indonesie ! Paulin, formal classes are run through the Australian Parkour Association. You can find more information about who they are and where/when they run classes at www.melbourneparkour.com.au/. They're definitely worth checking out! They've got classes catered for total beginners all the way to advanced practitioners. For casual training sessions (free), search for the Facebook group called 'Melbourne Parkour' (I'm not sure if this link works www.facebook.com/groups/73451015032/). There's generally a city session most Saturdays as well as the odd session popping up during the week. If you can't find a session that suits you, you're welcome to start your own!
C'est beau à voir!

This is a short, intense class to get your blood pumping and start the week right. This class will use functional movements and parkour training techniques to improve strength, endurance, agility, body awareness, endurance and stamina. Instead of treadmills and barbells, we’ll be running, jumping, climbing, crawling and more.
The class is based around functional, natural movements and bodyweight conditioning, so whether you’re a seasoned traceuse, a curious athlete from another discipline or just interested in movement, this class is for you.
Parkour fitness class is for people of all levels of fitness and ability, as all exercises can be scaled to your level. This is a class who are looking to add variety to their fitness routines, or to improve their own parkour practice through conditioning.
We meet at Colonial Square, the building ruins near the entrance to Melbourne Museum. It's five minutes’ walk from Parliament station along Nicholson st, or very close to tram stop number 12 on the 86 and 96 tram lines.
It's just $10 per person. Go to melbourneparkour.com.au/classes/parkour-fitness/ to book your place!
