This is a short, intense class to get your blood pumping and start the week right. This class will use functional movements and parkour training techniques to improve strength, endurance, agility, body awareness, endurance and stamina. Instead of treadmills and barbells, we’ll be running, jumping, climbing, crawling and more.
The class is based around functional, natural movements and bodyweight conditioning, so whether you’re a seasoned traceuse, a curious athlete from another discipline or just interested in movement, this class is for you.
Parkour fitness class is for people of all levels of fitness and ability, as all exercises can be scaled to your level. This is a class who are looking to add variety to their fitness routines, or to improve their own parkour practice through conditioning.
